We take pride in the authenticity and quality of our Ayurvedic products. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.

2. Return & Exchange Policy (Non-Damaged Items)

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns for correctly delivered and non-defective items.

You may be eligible for an exchange if:

• Return is requested within 7 days of delivery
• Product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• You provide a valid order number or invoice
• Shipping costs are borne by the customer

3. Refund Policy (Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries)

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, we offer a full refund or free replacement.

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos/videos of the issue
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
• Return shipping is covered by us via a pre-paid label

6. Non-Returnable Items
